- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. 1) I/J Band Microwave Power Module Amplifer P/N: 1611AS474 Qty: 2 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: Triton ETD, LLC 9999 Hamilton Boulevard, Breinigsville, PA 18031 as the only manufacturer to provide the current flight clearances, form, fit, function, and electrical current draw restrictions, and to have successful completion of a formal Threat Validation report. Any firms believing that they can provide these items may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
