- The attached file contains the Final Sustainment Lighting System Solicitation. 6/26/13 UPDATE: FINAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) This Amendment provides the Final SLS RFP N68335-13-R-0028. PROPOSAL DUE DATE : As stated on Page 1, Block 9 of the solicitation, all offers are due to be submitted to the Contracting officials no later than 12:00 noon EDT on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Past Performance information is requested to be submitted by 12:00 noon EDT on Wednesday, July 24, 2013. It is requested that arrangements be made with the points of contact via phone or email in advance to coordinate receipt of the proposals.
