This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform wall and slab repairs and roof repairs/replacements at the engineering building, industrial shops, operations center and administration building according the scope of work and drawings at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, Florida. 20% Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Please submit all bids to the attention of Sandra Thibodeau at the address as indicated on the SF 1442. No copies only originals. Please ensure that Sealed Bid is indicated on the outside of envelope. Solicitation issued: May 7, 2013 Bid Opening: June 11, 2013 The solicitation and plans in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ SYNOPSIS: THIS SOLICITATION IS A HUBZONE SET-ASIDE CONCERN. This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform wall and slab repairs and roof repairs/replacements at the engineering building, industrial shops, operations center and administration building according the scope of work and drawings at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, Florida. The performance period will be 150 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
