- Drawings and Photographs Technical Statement of Work Solicitation & Schedule B Request for Quote Information Letter Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for Disconnect Switches 72.5kV and 245kV per attached Technical Specification. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13.5. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside for the North American Industry Standard (NAICS) 335313 with the business size standard at 750 employees. All offeror's must complete all portions of each section of the solicitation package and must be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about June 26, 2013 on the following site: http://www.fbo.gov/ Note: responses to this RFQ may be submitted electronically online via FedBizOpps or mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986 and must be received on or before the deadline of July 23, 2013 at 1PM MST.
