The weekly Service Schedule is due within 5 calendar days of the contract award for the COR?s review and approval. Employee driver?s license copies and Social Security Card copies shall be sent in within 5 calendar days of the contract award or before any new or replacement employee is cleared to begin work at CBP sites. Award Criteria-An award will be made to a responsive offeror (who submits all required submissions on time), whose past performance does not pose a risk to the Government, and whose offer is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An offer is technically acceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Government's Statement of Work or listed specs whichever is applicable to the buy. A Site Visit time slot has been scheduled by CBP to occur on May 21, 2013 between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm, although CBP reserves the right reschedule the time if required. The Site Visit will start at the Laredo North Border Patrol Station located at: 11119 McPherson Rd, Laredo TX 78045 and continue to the other two sites of Laredo West and Hebbronville Stations. A Security Backround Screening is required for all Contractor's employees planning to attend the Site Visit prior to attendance. Contractor's employees full names, dates of birth, Social Security Card and driver?s license copies shall be submitted to and approved by U.S. Border Patrol Laredo Sector Senior Security Specialist, Mr. Jorge Caro to begin the background checks.
