- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received by the closing date of this posting will be considered by the government. The solicitation number is N65726-13-T-0080, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The associated NAICS code is 611430. This requirement is for a three day Analytics Boot Camp, as described in the Statement of Work. The requirement is for Naval Sea Logistics Center. See Exhibit A on page 36 and 37 of the SF1449 for Best Value Criteria. Quotes are due on 09 July 2013, by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time, to the Naval Sea Logistics Center, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. "No telephonic responses will be accepted." Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail. Contractors may contact Michael VanDeMark at michael.vandemark@navy.mil for information regarding this solicitation. All questions must be submitted via email to michael.vandemark@navy.mil in a reasonable amount of time. Any questions received after 02 July 2013 will be accepted, but responses will be issued at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
