- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The TRICARE Management Activity, Aurora, Colorado (TMA) is issuing this Sources Sought announcement to be used for market research purposes. This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources possessing certified court reporter / transcription services in the local Denver / Aurora area. Services will be used on an intermittent short term basis and require short notice response from the vendor. A long term contract is being considered for this service. Provide services offered, pricing information and any other pertinent information. Limit data to 5 pages please. No proposal is requested or accepted from this synopsis. All information submitted will be used to determine where to procure the stated products and support services. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up questions as part of the market research effort. Vendors must be registered to do business with the government at www.SAM.gov and have current registration certificates on file. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this request for information or any follow up information requests. Respondents may submit their response to Martina.Devries.ctr@tma.osd.mil or call 303 676 3647 Responses are due no later than Friday, June 28, 2013, 12:00 p.m. (MST).
