- Drawing of Tug Cheraw Scope of Work The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hereby soliciting bids to procure Navigation Lights for the Tug Cheraw. The work includes new LED lights, removal and replacement of the control panel, new wiring, and new connection box on the mast. SEE ATTACHED SOW AND DRAWING ATTACHED. Site Visit will be Tuesday July 2, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Buffalo Sewer Authority, Wastewater Treatment Plant at Bird Island Pier, Buffalo NY. If you are attending this site visit, please contact Ms. Cheryl Michener at 716-879-4211 or e-mail cheryl.a.michener@usace.army.mil. You will not be allowed entrance into the Plant without prior approval. Work will be performed at the Pinney Dock (1149 E 5th Street) Ashtabula, Ohio. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Bids are due by 12 July 2013 1:00pm. They can be e-mailed to cheryl.a.michener@usace.army.mil or FAXED to 716-879-4353. All contractors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) before award. Contractors my obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220
