- Seeking interested Small Businesses in the procurement of Chimney Repairs at the US Federal Building, Columbia, TN. The project work consists of removal, resetting, anchoring and tuck pointing limestone chimney cladding from roof line to the top of chimney. Work also includes replacing chimney liner, replacing exhaust flue pipes from boilers and water heater andreplacing stone chimney top caps. Prime contractor must provide documentation which demonstrates their knowledge and experience with similar stone masonry work where large stone panels were re-secured to the masonry structure. The experience can be that of the prime contractor or the stone masonry subcontractor. The NAICS Code is 236220. All interested Small Businesses should respond no later than 4:00 July 10, 2013. The Construction project has an estimated contract price between $100,000 to $250,000.
