- 0010331340 HOOD CLEANING-GREASE REMOVAL SERVICE Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, materials and transportation necessary to thoroughly remove all grease, dirt, lint, and other contaminations from kitchen hoods and ducts in approximately 28 buildings at Fort Gordon, (Augusta) GA, in accordance with the specifications, quantity, terms and conditions of the solicitation. The NAICS Code is 561790. The RFQ will be 100% set aside for economically disadvantaged, woman-owned small business. Base period of performance will be 1 year commencing 1 October 2013, with two, one-year option periods. This is a fire reduction function and the contractor shall work in accordance with standards as set forth by the National Fire Prevention Association, the National Safety Council, and all accredited standards and codes. The solicitation issue date is June 26, 2013 and the closing date is 3 pm, July 25, 2013. The Request for Quotation is for a fixed price contract and will be available on the internet Army Single Face to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and/or Fedbizops at www.fbo.gov. Any amendments will be available on the internet only. Bidders are cautioned to check the web site periodically. If web site is unavailable, you must submit your request to the buyer at e-mail address deborah.s.mcgugan.civ@mail.mil or fax to 706-791-3896 your request for copy of Request for Quotation. No paper copies will be distributed and will be emailed only.
