- RFQ FAR Clauses RFQ Cover Letter Evaluation of Proposals Statement of Work SF18 ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED. IMPORTANT: TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to repair the south side main entry. The work of this project is the rehabilitation of the south side main entry staircase of the Base Administration Building, Building N38. The government is requesting proposals to repair the stair case in an economical manner that will rehabilitate the staircase to its former condition. Contractor must be IAW SOW. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of technical, cost and past performance. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Request that all quotes have a minimal of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE. Performance Period is 14-30 days. Contract is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD July 9, 2013, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.)
