- This RFP is being issued as a Limited Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Reidville Hydraulic & MFG, INC. (0BTV3) and AAI Corp (97384) for the repair of Hydraulic Wheel Motor, NSN: 2530-01-227-6834, P/N: 60244-42080 a component installed on either the MHU-196/M or MHU-204/M Munitions Lift Trailers due to the lack of a technical data package. The resulting contract will be for a one year basic (20 EA), and four annual Options; Option I (12 EA); Option II (12 EA); Option III (9 EA) and Option IV (9 EA). Delivery is 30 Days After Receipt of Asset (ARA) or After Receipt of Order (ARO) whichever is later. Early delivery is acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 8 JUL 13 with responses due 7 AUG 13.
