- This is a Request for Information (RFI) due by 7/1/2013. **INTERESTED PARTIES MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE ON AGRICULTURE AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO REMOTE RURAL LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT COLORADO WITHOUT COMPRIMISING QUALITY OF EQUIPMENT USED** Additionally, interested parties must be registered in SAMS. NRCS intends to award to a sole-source vendor as although there are many Video Production companies, it is a company with agriculture expertise AND video production expertise combined that is in the best interest of the Government. If you have BOTH video production expertise and agriculture expertise, by the 7/1/2013 deadline submit the following to tammy.moore@co.usda.gov for review. 1) Resume describing Agriculture Expertise 2) References of companies in which your Video Production and Agriculture Expertise were utilized together. 3) Rate per hour, excluding travel.
