- The Mission and Installation Contracting Office -Fort Riley (MICC-Riley), Kansas has a requirement in support of the Directorate of Logistics (DOL), Fort Riley, Kansas. The Contractor(s) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Personal Property Shipment Support Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall provide Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Personal Property Shipment Support Services to the locations designated in the resulting contract in compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws. MICC-Riley will issue a Fixed Price Requirements type contract. The Invitation for Bid (IFB), W911RX-13-B-0005, Personal Property Shipment Support Services on or about 17 May 2013. The requirement will be set-aside for Small Business Concerns, under NAICS Code 488991 Packing and Crating, with a size standard of $25.5 Million. Potential Period of Performance for the resulting contract is 6 month base period with three (3) 1-yr option periods. The IFB will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the IFB package and any amendments. All bidders shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-99. Bidders shall also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line prior to submitting a bid. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
