- Accomplish the inactivation of the USS THACH (FFG-43). This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contact the Procuring Contract Specialist for inspection dates/location, performance period, and place of performance. All San Diego area sources who currently hold an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFARS 217.71), or are qualified for and willing to enter an agreement shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the vessel ™s availability dates.
