- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W9127S-13-T-0055: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on or about August 14, 2013. Solicitation W9127S-13-T-0055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. Clauses and provisions that apply to this solicitation are as follows: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (applicable clauses sited are: 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222.26, 52.223-18, 52.225-13, 52.52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 52-22243) 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions or Commercial Items (applicable clauses sited are: 252.203-7000, 252.227-7037) 252.232-7010 Levies on Contract Payments This is advertised as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 (Janitorial Services)The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Work shall include all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, to perform janitorial services at Pine Bluff Project Office, Pine Bluff, AR. (See Performance Work Statement). This solicitation is issued via Internet at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) and the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) Website. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI or FBO website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and www.fbo.gov to view other business opportunities. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. Make sure to fill in the information in the clause where indicated and enter your TIN/SSN on paragraph k(3). In addition, your DUNS Number and Cage Code are required with your quote.
