Policies and Procedures for Doing Business with the U.S. Government, this information is provided to assist contractor interested in the upcoming solicitation FA5209-13-T-0090 for Collection, Conveyance and Disposal Services of Sewage Sludge from Sewage Plant at Camp Zama, Japan. Notice to Offerors, this information is provided to supplement the upcoming solicitation FA5209-13-T-0090 for Collection, Conveyance and Disposal Services of Sewage Sludge from Sewage Plant at Camp Zama, Japan. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, licenses and permits and other items and services necessary to perform collection, conveyance and disposal of the sludge generated from Bldg. 137, Sewage Treatment Plant at Camp Zama, Japan. The contractor shall perform the work to commercial standards and in accordance with applicable local, and Government of Japan (GOJ) laws. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
