- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-13-T-0080 for Head set for MV22 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 05 Jun 2013. When it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The FSC code is 5965 and the NAICS code is 334310. Responsible Offerors must be active with Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption.
