- DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The requirement consists in the recurring annual cleaning and mandatory inspection of boilers at building 206, Caserma Ederle and Villaggio della Pace Vicenza. It is requested to perform the cleaning, the inspection, and the hydraulic pressure test at max fire rate of 4 boilers located inside Boiler Plant, Building 206, Camp Ederle and of 3 boilers located at Building 701 in Villaggio della Pace. LOCATION OF THE WORKS: Services shall be performed at Building 206 in Caserma Ederle and at Building 701 in Villaggio della Pace in Vicenza Italy. EVALUATION PROCESS: Lowest Price only. TYPE OF THE CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price PERFORMANCE PERIOD: One (1) base year of twelve (12)-months and one (1) option year of twelve (12)-months. SITE VISIT: The site visit and the pre-proposal conference will be conducted tentatitevely on the last week of June 2013. Information about time and date will be provided to the interested offerors on a later date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The solicitation package will be provided only to those offerors that are interested to participate to this acquisition.
