- SOLICITATION: SPM4A6-12-R-0564; NSN 6685-1-180-9037; PR: 1000007679; ITEM: Indicator, Temperature, Electrical Resistance; IAW Drawing Number 19207 12338473, Piece Part Number 12338473 This DLA direct procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 795 each for the base year only. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 3,180 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 3,180 each. Surge and Sustainment provisions will be included in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The solicitation will be issued on a small business set-aside basis (Full and Open Competition). The required delivery is 101 days ADO. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
