- Description
- The USDA Forest service, National Forests in Florida, has a requirement for water quality monitoring and testing services for public water systems on the Osceola National Forest, Baker and Columbia Counties, FL. This is a solicitation for commercial items issued in accordance with FAR Part 12. Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies (except for Government-furnished supplies), transportation and supervision to perform the required services. Services consist of performing specified water system operation and monitoring, and obtaining daily, weekly, and monthly water samples for water quality testing and analysis. Water sampling shall be performed in accordance with Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 62-650, Drinking Water Standards, Monitoring, and Reporting FAC Chapter 64E-8 Drinking Water Systems. Contract will be for a base period and four option years. Award will be based on BEST VALUE to the government. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
