- Solicitation number SPE300R131016 is amended to read SPE300-13-R-1016. Military and other activities in Florida and Georgia including NAS Jacksonville, FL; NAVAL Hospital, Jacksonville, NAVAL STAFSC Mayport, Florid, Jacksonville Job Corp, FL, Florida Air National Guard, FL NOAA Ship North Florida, USCGC Mayport and Ships at Mayport, FL ; TRF Provision Warehouse and Pirate's Cove Gallery, King's Bay, GA require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk and dairy orders. Order period November 10, 2013 thru November 5, 2016. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with price evaluation preference for HUBZONE small business concerns. Contract period will be for 36 months. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or after June 12, 2013. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.mil/Solicitations/.
