- Presolicitation Notice The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service, Center for Coastal Environmental Health, has a requirement for Total Care Preventative Maintenance Service for two (2) Getinge Model 522 LS Steam Sterilizers. The service will be performed as described in the Statement of Work provided with the solicitation. Award of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about June 14, 2013. The applicable NAICS number is 339112 and the small size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class is R499. The request for quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. In order to comply with the debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must obtain, and provide with the quote, their nine-digit Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number. Additionally, each offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.SAM.gov to be considered for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes are to remain effective for 30 days after close of solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to register with FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service.
