Description
Attachment 4 to Offeor Submission Package Attachment 3 to Offeror Submission Package Attachment 2 to Offeror Submission Package Offeror Submission Package Solicitation for State of Washington Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) services to receive, store, protect, ship, maintain quality and report inventory for Government-owned ultra low sulfur diesel fuel (clear) in the State of Washington. The area within the State of Washington for the storage requirement is in vicinity no further south than Longview, WA, no further east than Chehalis, WA, and no further north than Copalis Crossing, WA. The west border is the Pacific coastline. The storage capacity requirement is 1428 barrels (60,000 gallons) shell capacity. The entire product may be stored at one or multiple locations with no less than 238 barrels (10,000 gallons) shell capacity at each location. If multiple locations are proposed, each facility must be capable of providing receiving, storing, and shipping operations. All tanks and facilities must meet the minumim requirements of the current API standards, NFPA Codes, and all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, etc., applicable to tanks and facilities to be provided. The requirement is for a five-year period of performance commencing on or about July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019.
