This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 722320 and small business size standard is $7.0 Million Purchase and delivery of the following services no later than the dates listed below and in the attached statement of work (SOW): Line Item #1: Catered Meals Catering is needed for Breakfast & Dinner Meals for the following dates: July 26 July 27 July 28 July 29 July 30 Aug 8 Aug 9 (see SOW for detailed schedule) TOTAL ESTIMATED MEALS FOR THIS CONTRACT ARE 759. oThe total meal count is an estimate. Please indicate how many days you will need to plan for head-count confirmation before each day of performance. Performance of this contract will be located at the Burlington Readiness Center in Burlington KY. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR REQUIREMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, QUANTITIES, AND MEAL TYPES. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical capability. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items and submit with its offer. (MAR 2008) Clauses incorporated by Full Text FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2010) (DEVIATION) (a) Comptroller General Examination of Record. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (a) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records -- Negotiation. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.
