- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Campbell, KY, intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W91248-13-R-0006 for Refuse and Recycling Collection Services at Fort Campbell, KY, on or about 19 June 2013. Requirement is for a base period of 12 months and four (4) 12 month option periods. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for eligible 8(a) business concerns. RFP will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web page at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for RFP release, including any subsequent amendments. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, and the small business size standard is $35.5M.
