- Alcohol and substance abuse counseling services at the Irene Benn Clinic located on the Moapa River Reservation, Moapa, Nevada. Contractor shall provide staff that have valid unrestricted license as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor; have knowledge and have skill of a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor; have experience with working with American Indian/ Alaska Native people; and have a minimum of two years' experience in counseling in the alcohol and substance abuse field.
