- The following is for Subcontracting Opportunities ONLY, the award will be made under the PEO STRI Omnibus (STOC II) multiple award contract. Attached you will find a DRAFT Solicitation for the AMITS requirement. A DRAFT Letter RFP and all its enclosures are provided. All interested parties shall submit technical questions in regard to this DRAFT solicitation to the POC, no later than COB 11 June 2013. Questions will be answered and released with the Final Solicitation. The DRAFT Pricing Workbooks are still being revised and what is provided here will be updated and posted NLT 13 June 2013 for you review prior to the below mentioned Pre-solicitation Conference. A Pre-solicitation Conference will be held 17 June 2013 at the Partnership II Building, Room 208, 4000 Central Florida Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32816. Location, Maps and other additional information may be obtain from the following website: http://www.ist.ucf.edu/visitors.htm. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend this conference as a thorough brief of Section B and L will be presented. The conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a Government Briefing, which is expect to last approximately 2 hours. This will be followed by a 2 hour break in order for contractors to formulate questions. The Government will collect questions and answer as many questions on Section B and L as time allows, as the conference will end at 3:00 p.m. At this conference, all questions will be submitted on 3X5 index cards. Cards will be available at the conference, or may be prepared in advance. Technical questions will be taken, however, will only be answered if time allows. It is imperative for ALL INTERESTED PARTIES to be represented at this conference as the information provided (to include questions answered) will not be provided at a later date. Space will be limited to prime contractors. Prime contractor will be limited to 8 participants including any potential subcontractor representation. Please contact Ms. Wood if interested in attending with a list of participants, between 11 June 2013 and NLT COB 13 June 2013.
