- Digital Photography Documentation of Construction The US Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitaion for a commercial service. This will be a Low Price Technically Acceptable procurement. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the factors set forth in the attached solicitation. The proposal deemed technically acceptable with the lowest price will be awarded the firm-fixed price contract. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130 with a size standard of 500 employees. The project is for digital photographic documentation of construction for the Pembina Border Patrol Station. The project will involve the photographical documentation of the entire construction process. This will included indexing and navigation system utilizing construction drawings or equivelent for an interactive on-line interface. Please see the Statement of Work which is contained within the attached Solicitation. Any prospective offeror should monitor this site for any Solicitation Amendments. Please note that this solicitation package, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments for this solicitation will be available ONLY electronically and via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Hard copy documents are not available on behalf of the Government. The Government will not reimburse for any costs associatied with the preparation of proposals. In order for interested offerors to conduct business with the Federal Government they must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. All proposals MUST be received by 20-June-2013 at 3:00 PM (EST). Late proposals will NOT be considered. Any request for information should be emailed to Frank J.
