- PR#: 1000011654 NSN 4710-015525124 FILTER ELEMENT,INTAKE AIR CLEANER (TAN) ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY.THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. TEKGARD, INC 3C0M7 P/N 024T102 TEKGARD, INC 3C0M7 P/N 1000168 Set Aside: Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 6/20/13. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
