- Amendment #2 issued to include additional clarifications resulting from the pre-offer site visit. Amendment #1 issued to add clarifications arising from the pre-offer site visit, as well as reference photos for Coridor 110M, and the list of attendees at the site visit. The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Renovations and Asbestos Abatement of Office Rooms at the Jacksonville (ZJX) ARTCC facility located in Hilliard, FL. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Greg Moon at 404-389-8767. The performance period, for the onsite work, is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project is 100% total set aside for the Small Business Community. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - CommercInstitutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Addendum #1 to the Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $75,000 to $150,000. Performance and payment bonds are required, for any contract awarded over $100,000.00.
