- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912l5-13-T-0107 and is issued as a RFQ. The solicitation document and clause provisions are incorporated and in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34. This is intended to be setaside for small business. No partial shipments are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award. Furnish all tools, parts, labor, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide destination pricing for the CLIN's listed above. Delivery Order will be awarded to the responsible contractor with the product that represents the best value to the government. Product specifications will be assessed by the requesting activity to ensure that any quote mark OR EQUAL quote mark items meet the minimum requirements. Best value will be determined by price and technical acceptability. Destination Pricing. Contractor must provide notification to LTC Snapp, 302-326-7075, before delivery. The associated North American Industrial Classification system is Naics) code, 332311, 500 employees. Vendor to provide all modes of transportation, labor, parts, materials, and installation to ARC Vault Sensitive Compartmental Facility. Clin 0001, 20 x 10 x 10 wt., 1 ea., 35,000 lbs.
