- Anemometer Stations Chart Topographic Survey Please note the two additional questions and answers/attachments below provided by the grantee. Question No. 1: Subtask 6.1 indicates that the Contractor shall also create plans and bid documents to develop the recommended infrastructure. Has a detailed topographic survey been completed for the project area? Given that we are still at the feasibility study stage, for this task, we envision preparing a conceptual/preliminary design with performance-based specifications that would allow an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor to bid on the work for completing a more detailed design (issued for construction), procuring the required materials, and completing construction of the facilities. Can you please clarify the level of detail desired for this subtask? Answer No. 1: Please find attached a topographic survey. The level of detail for this subtask is conceptual. Question No. 2: Can you verify the location(s) of the existing meteorological tower(s) that were used for the preliminary wind resource assessment? Answer No. 2: Please find attached a table for the anemometer stations, which details geographical location and characteristics of the instruments.
