- RFI Instructions and 4 atchs This announcement is to conduct market research on industry's capability to provide training that satisfies the requirements of the DoD Financial Management (FM) Certification Program. Information provided in response to this Request For Information (RFI) may be provided to government employees for their use in identifying sources of training required by the DoD FM Certification Program. To respond to this RFI, vendors must provide capability statements indicating their ability to provide training that satisfies the requirements of the DoD FM Certification program as follows. See attached for specific instructions regarding preparation and submission of capability statements. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this RFI. Any response will be treated as information only and not a proposal. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited and will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this RFI. Responses to this RFI will not be returned.
