- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-13-T-0190 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source OMAX, 21409 72nd AVE., KENT, WA, 98032 and their AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PARTS DISTRIBUTORS. QUOTING VENDORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF THEY ARE AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER AND PARTS DISTRIBUTOR. OMAX is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the items on this procurement. This must meet form, fit and function. The Government does not possess the drawings and specifications to allow for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Line Items 0001-0043; Various Omax parts and quantities. See line item descriptions on Solicitation for specific part number and quantity details. Delivery is F.O.B Destination is required 3 weeks after the receipt of award. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
