AMENDMENT NOTICE: This modification is to correct the attachment made on 03 June 2013, and to change the response deadline for the solicitation. The attachment was modified to add three extra items, and those three items are not required per this solicitation. Also, due to mission requirements of Cannon AFB, we must end the solicitation on 11 June 2013 @ 4:30 MST rather than 28 June 1:00 MST. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact one of the POC's and we will assist in any way we can. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F1L0XP3114A001CLIN02 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20130419, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2013-0327 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334290 Other Communication Equipment Manufacture. Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Only one contract will be awarded. Only exact Items/Part Number will be accepted.
