- Attachment 2 Attachment 1 SOW Exhibit A RFQ FA5209-13-T-0083 Cover Letter The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to maintain and provide propane gas at Yokota Air Base and Tama Service Annex as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) from 1 Jul 13 to 30 Jun 14. See Exhibit for pricing schedule. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan, therefore, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform the business in the country of Japan. The Government requires, and the offeror certifies that the offeror does hold applicable authorization issued under the Law concerning the Securing of Safety and the Optimization of Transaction of LPG ("Ekikasekiyugas no hoann no kakuho oyobi torihiki no tekiseika ni kannsuru houritus") and/or the High Pressure Gas Safety Act ("Koatsu Gas Ho") from the cognizant regulatory authority pursuant to applicable Japanese laws to perform the subject service. The offeror shall furnish to the Government, if requested, copies of the authorization.
