Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide Janitorial/Custodial Services at three (3) locations: FAA, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Harrison Marion Regional Airport, Bridgeport, WV; FAA, Administration Building, 2300 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, WV and FAA, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Morgantown Municipal Airport, Morgantown, WV. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about July 1, 2013, for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide at their expense all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, etc., necessary to perform specified janitorial/custodial services. All companies submitting a proposal must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM). This Screening Information Request (SIR), DTFAEN-13-R-00058 is a Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. All companies submitting a proposal on this project must have an active business address for one (1) year prior to issuance of contract and must have been located within one hundred (100) mile radius of all sites. An office within the 100 Mile Radius of all sites must be maintained for the duration of this contract. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the SIR. Evaluation Criteria include Client Past Performance, Financial Capability and Insurability. The Government will make a single award to the responsible offerer whose proposal conforms to the requirements and terms and conditions and is considered to be the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Proposal. A MANDATORY WALK-THRU is scheduled at 2300 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, WV on May 29, 2013 at 9:00AM. Contractors must contact Frederick A. Proposals will be accepted from only those contractors who have attended this walk-thru to assure a full understanding of the requirement SIR will be issued on May 13, 2013.
