- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a SOLE SOURCE Contract to Securadyne, INC. for CDID Access Control System Maintenance for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The primary place of performance shall be Knox Hall (Building 700) and I-See-O Hall (Building 3040), Fort Sill, Oklahoma and shall include locations throughout the buildings which have an active maintenance agreement, to be continued by an award under this sole source request. This contract will be awarded for Base Period, and four (4) one-year options periods. Base performance period will be determined upon award. Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to maintain, install, move, relocate, re-install, and upgrade the DNA Fusion Access Control Systems and associated hardware and software in Buildings 700 and 3040 as outlined in the Agreement for Ft. Sill Fires - CDID. The security system was developed, designed, and installed by Securadyne, INC. and is proprietary to Securadyne and Open Options. This contractor is the only contractor that can maintain functionality/maintenance of the current system equipment as a whole. Continuity needs to be maintained for the access control cards in all areas for the customer. This requirement shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, size standard $12.5 million. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within ten (10) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
