- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with IXRF Systems for: Annual Detector Coverage Maintenance Service Base Year Four option years for: Includes EDS & Sbeam full coverage 1 visit per year from an IXRF service team member, no third party Phone Diagnosis to determine failure, then de-install/ re-install Specifications: Brand name or equal. Maintenance Service Agreement Highest priority Remote Service Center support Remote instrument monitoring and diagnostics Factory-certified replacement parts This will be for a base and four option periods. The NAICS code is 811219. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 a.m on 17 May 2013, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
