- SDMO COMMUNICATION BATTERIES. Western Area Power Administration's South Dakota Maintenance Office has a requirement for removal of old communication batteries and installation of new communication batteries at various locations in SD and MN, to be delivered to Huron, South Dakota. The NAICS that applies to this requirement is 335999 and the applicable size standard is 500. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.
