Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Carolina City: Greenville Delineated Area: North: E. Park Ave. to E. North St. to Pelham Rd. South: Woodruff Rd. to Laurens Rd to E. Washington St. East: Pelham Rd to Batesville Rd to Woodruff Rd West: S. Academy St. to North Academy St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,522 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Space must be located on the second floor or above. Government will also consider first floor space in a multi-tenant building if the other tenants are not retail and do not cater to heavy public foot/vehicle traffic. A minimum of a twenty (20) foot setback from the building to all sidewalks, access streets, parking lots, and adjoining streets is also required. A total of 22 on-site parking spaces for government owned vehicles must be provided. The office space and parking must be accessible on an unrestricted 24/7 basis to government employees. Only existing buildings will be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
