- Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), AFSC/PZIOB intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the procurement of services necessary to perform third-party International Organization for Standardization (ISO) registration/surveillance/reassessment audits to ISO 9001:2008 AS9110 registration at AFSC on TAFB, Oklahoma City, OK. The acquisition is open for all competition. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 337214 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 EMP. The contractor and assessment auditors shall be certified and accredited through the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) - ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and maintain certification/accreditation during the contract period for all pertinent management system standards, i.e. (ISO 9001:2008 AS9110) including any revisions. It is anticipated that a single solicitation and a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to one contractor as a result of this notice.. The contract delivery time is expected to be within 6 weeks of contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15MAY2013 with a 10 day proposal period. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be posted on the Internet at https://www.fbo.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted via email to the Contracting Office according to the contact information provided below.
