- Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price contract for a hydraulic press disassembly, relocation, and packaging/crating services. This acquisition for services will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.5 utilizing LPTA evaluation factors. The solicitation will be issued on or about 16 MAY 2013. Site visit is scheduled on 23 May 2013 at 12:30-2PM. The solicitation closing date is 29 MAY 2013. The period of contract performance starts from date of award through 30 September 2013. The expected award date is on or before 7 JUNE 2013. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type contract. Prospective offeror ™s not on SAM-registry should immediately begin the registration process. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities with solicitation number N00406-13-T-0434. The Government will NOT distribute hard-copy solicitations or amendments. Subsequent amendments, if any, will be transmitted solely via the NECO website. Prospective offeror ™s are responsible for checking the NECO website early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offeror ™s should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO website is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror ™s inability to access the document posted on the referenced website.
