- This procurement is only available to AAI Corporation, 124 Industry Ln., Hunt Valley, MD 21030-3342 under the authority of other than full and open competition 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR subpart 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Type of Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. It is anticipated that the award will be a Firm Fixed Price modification to the current OSRVT Contractor Logistics Services contract (W58RGZ-13-C-0016), subject to funding availability. All responsible sources may submit a quote to the email address in this notice. All submissions must be received by March 28, 2013. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
