- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures in Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L13PS00381 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of April 12, 2013 and close date of April 26, 2013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-66. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 238140 and a size standard of $14.0. The BLM Albuquerque District Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for the stabilization of Historic Ruins (Commanding Officer's Quarters) at Fort Craig National Historic Site, 35 miles south of Socorro, New Mexico. Contractors shall be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for a government contract.
