- The purpose of this modification is to clarify Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit mandatory attendees. The original pre-solicitation stated "All prospective contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers are required to attend." This has been changed to Prime contractors. Please see below. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE & SITE VISIT: A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on May 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM, (local time) at the VA Medical Center, Building 9, 4500 S. Lancaster, Dallas, TX 75216. A site visit will be conducted immediately following the pre-proposal conference. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. Prospective Prime contractors are required to attend.
