- Description
- The OO-ALC/PKESA, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Fixed Firm Price contract to obtain Engineering Services in support of the 516th SMXS, RFTS Replacement Program. The program will deliver a reworked and finalized version of the existing RFTS Test Requirements Documents (TRD), and also support milestone and development activities through review, recommendations, and technical support of RFTS, to the responsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. This Presolitation is notice for solicitation, which will be issued on 1 May 2013. The Performance Work Statement, which will be included in the solicitation, which details the RFTS effort. The entire solicitation (FA8224-13-R-0065) and any/all amendments will be made available only on FedBizOps (FBO) at www.fbo.gov website. All current / future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specifications, and Q&A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
