- Provide and install 110-ton repalcement cooling tower and condenser water piper; Alternate: Provide and install 75-ton replacement cooling tower; Option item one: automated switching plate-and-frame heat exchanger; Option item two: re-configure existing condenser water and chilled water pumping systems to be variable flow (design-build). All specifications, photos, clauses, provisions, and wage determinations will be posted no later than 17 April 2013.
