- Description
- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59 and DFARS Publication Notice 20120629. 3. The NAICS is 813110. 4. There is no set aside for this RFQ in accordance with FAR 19.000(a) as this contract will be performed solely in Japan. 5. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall coordinate and administer the comprehensive Protestant Religious Education program. See Attachment 1, Price Schedule-Protestant Director. 6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Basic period of 1 May 13 through 30 Sep 13 and four one-year option periods. 7. Deadline for receipt of offers: 12 Apr 13, 1000 hrs, Japanese standard time (JST). The deadline is extended to 19 Apr 13, 1000 hrs. 8. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: Please see Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attached. Five Attachments: 1.
